Our Story

Ribbon Revival began in 1995 with a simple goal: provide honest, dependable service and treat every customer the way we’d want to be treated. What started as a small family business focused on cartridge remanufacturing has grown into a trusted full-service office technology company serving Calgary, Airdrie, and surrounding communities.

 

In 2009, just nine days after welcoming our youngest daughter, we became the second generation, purchasing Ribbon Revival from my parents. It was one of the biggest deceisons of our lives. We were learning how to care for a newborn while taking on the responsibility of running and growing a family business.

 

Our youngest quite litterally grew up here, surrounded by copiers, printers, service calls, recycling, and customers. She is now starting to think of her own career. Ribbon Revival has never been just a business to us. It has been a place where our family has grown together.

 

Our eldest daughter also worked alongside us, for 11 years, until COVID shut down. At that point, we encouraged her to follow her passion for dance. Watching her leave the family business was bittersweet, but seeing her build the career she loves, and be an amazing mom, has been one of our greatest joys. Our middle daughter even spent a brief moment in time with us pre-covid, before making the choice to chase her dream of travel, now she has a thriving career in the travel world and has been to numerous countries, makes my heart happy.

 

For more than 30 years, our focus has remained the same: building lasting relationships, standing behind everything we sell, and providing dependable service long after the sale. We never set out to become the biggest office technology company. We simply want to be the people you could count on.
